• Clients have the right to cancel work within 14 days of the start of the project. In such cases, the client has the right to recover 50% of the project amount.

• Failure to pay within the specified time frame may lead to delay or cancellation of the project and claim for due compensation.

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, relating to the services provided, are owned by the Department unless otherwise stated.
